No need to worry about missing your premium payments! Simply enroll your policy to our Auto Charge facility using your Visa, Mastercard or EMV Debit Card. This allows the automatic deduction of your premium on your nominated debit/credit card as it becomes due.
To enroll, simply send us an email at BPI-Philam_Customerservice@aia.com with high-resolution scanned copies of the following requirements:
1. Fully accomplished Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) Enrollment Form or Credit Card Authorization to Debit Form which you may find through this link
2. Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures
3. Front copy of your Visa, Mastercard or EMV Debit Card
You can pay your premiums via ePayment in ePlan. Log on to ePlan to make payments using your Visa, Mastercard, and JBC credit cards (except AMEX and UnionPay). This option is available for customers who are not yet enrolled in scheduled payments such as Auto Credit or Auto Debit Arrangements (ACA or ADA).
To help ease your worries and let you focus on staying healthy and safe, we are giving you a 30 days payment extension called as the policy grace period from your premium due date. We do encourage you to keep your policy active by still paying for your premium. Keep yourself and your loved ones protected with life insurance coverage during these unprecedented times.
